Solemnisation Details

Time to continue getting busy with other administrative stuff, such as sending out invites, writing our own vows etc. This is getting exciting.

Aaron, very amused by your recent blog in regards to “funny things about singaporean men”, not wanting to step into lingerie stores. Very true and very well written. I am a passer by and caught by that subject. My 2 cents worth for you. As you are sending out invites, dont forget to establish a system for recording all replies and “gifts”. Remember to provide maps and directions (post it on the blog too). You may enclose them with the invitation or you may mail them after you have received an affirmative response to your invitation. I would suggest prioritize your mailing. 1) Must be Invited ; 2) Nice to Include ; 3) Not Necessary, but Meaningful to include. (This should be done by now) Very importantly, you have to categorize your guest list. So whenever trimming is to be done, there is a clear distinctions. For eg, 1st Tier ~ immediate family, 2nd Tier ~ extended family, 3rd Tier ~ Family friends, 4th Tier (childhood friends, high school, college, work, new etc) etc etc…

Guess what, this is my third time trying to write a msg here coz i kept forgetting to include my email. 9 -___-|||. Shall summarise what i said for the last 2 times,
1. remember to include us in your 500-600 guest list ( if we still keep in contact haha)
2. have a good and wonderful time during your solemnisation (?? i dont know anything about marriage ceremonies)
3. i just realise your day is only for close friends so haha, i was quite shameless just now to ask you to invite me. haha. anyway, i shall stay at home and mug mug.
4. this website is useful but very useful to me ( you know. my wedding is far far far away. haha. I dont sound offensing right? i am just joking. haha)
